Very nice

how did you manage to make the choir sound so realistic?

HappyHarry responds:

It's just me singing layered up a few times with a beefy reverb on it :3

Uh dood

It's good but the word you're thinking of is A Capella...no mouth music

mangaking1 responds:

lol it's not really acapella is beat boxing an acapella XD thanks man XD but mouth music implies what it is and sounds funny

Pretty, yet epic

It has the beauty of the classical piece, and yet it has the epicness of techno. The piano kinda sits in the middle of beauty and epic. I find the piano to be an epic instrument when it wants to be. It kinda drags along a bit near the end, but it still somehow keeps the attention. Nice work

Very Nice

Did well to give this piece an intense last battle feel. The instrumentation definately kept me interested.

CelestOrion responds:

Thanks, bro, glad to know you enjoyed it!

awesomesauce

sounds kinky

lucawesome responds:

That's right, pour it all over your body.

Interesting

Very well done on this one. My only concerns were the tone of the guitar solo and the ending.
Guitar solo: There was something about the tone of it hat kinda took away from the feel of it. It seemed out of place with the rest of the music.
The ending: Faar to abrupt.

Koolfox responds:

About the guitar solo, it's synthisized basicly.
because honestly, I don't know how to play solos on the guitar, just the plain chords and the rest of the basic stuff you can do with a guitar.

and the ending was abrupt cause many complained that it was too long before, so I reuploaded it with what you see here.

From a Musician's point of view

I didn't really hear the fanfare. It felt more like a celitic jig than anything. it was a good piece (actually it was fantastic), but it's either titled wrong, or you didnt quite achieve the feel you wanted. Great work though it made me smile

thumbsupguy responds:

Thanks for the review! I wasn't quite sure what to title it when I had finished. The reason I titled it the way I did was because it reminded me of a fanfare I had heard. So, I think you are right about the title and yes, it does sound like a jig of some sort. I'm glad it made you smile.

Beautiful

This was very well written. It feels like something out of a filmscore or maybe a fantasy game. you are very good at evoking the overall feel. no big complaints from me on this one

stefevr responds:

Thank you so much! ^_^

Alright

Kind of repetitive but that was kinda cool. You got some talent goin on. keep up the good work fellas. only other convern was the rather unimpressive drums. Try working on mixing up the fills a bit. No matter how short a fill is, if it is repetitive it wont matter.

starfox260 responds:

Thanks. Actually, by you guys, do you mean me and FL Studio? :D It is still in the works my friend. I only had time to get the basic tracks before I work on the drum and bass fills. Thanks again, I was looking for opinions. You helped a lot. :)

You have good tone

I play trombone and tuba mostly butI have been known to pick up the trumpet and jam a little from time to time. The mic sounds good

hummel4trumpet responds:

Thanks. I was comparing it to a professional recording, and this sounds a little off. It might be from the "in the box" reverb. I think the pro recording was in a church.
